Reality TV Gone Mad?

Non-celebrity Chantelle has won Celebrity Big Brother.

The Essex girl has been the front-runner since the beginning with AOL members and gained more than 43% of almost 90,000 votes cast in the latest poll.

The 22-year-old, originally a novelty addition to the house instructed to pretend she was a pop star, seemed hardly able to believe it as her name was called out...Courtesy of AOL entertainment news 28/01/06.

Ermm...Exscuse me but isn't this all just a bit silly? After all it's supposed to be a Celebrity reality TV show.

So how can a fake celebrity win it? Are the real things so dull and boring we have to vote for a fake, even though we know she's a fake!!!
